Care to share best driving route?

Looking for the best driving route from :

Port Canaveral To Clearwater Beach.

What is the easiest route to follow, and perhaps the one with the least amount of tolls? Not familiar with the hyw at all.

I pulled up these directions from Google Maps.

Looking at the map, it doesn't really look like there are many options for going to the other side of the state.

I thought there was a few different ways to get to the 290 from Orlando. Like I said, not at all familiar with area.

Looks fairly easy.....
