I really want Mickeys Backyard BBQ or Hoop Dee Do on 11/29 instead of Whispering Canyon

also still trying to grab 12/1 Chef Mickey's or Liberty Tavern in place of The Plaza

Looks great! You have a good mix. We personally love the Plaza, so I wouldn't drop that, but we also love Chef Mickey's....Maybe squeeze it in somewhere else?

Your CP/Plaza plan is perfect for MK: big meal, lighter meal, both in the park.

As for Jiko, most would make it back to the room to freshen up before dinner, so if you're coming directly from AK maybe Boma would be a more comfy fit; though the meals themselves would be completely different.
