Yes I did - thanks! I just got into scrapbooking and so I was trying out techniques. Cut it out on light pink with my Cricut - then painted it with a pipsqueak shimmery glue thing - which didn't cover everything but looked ok. Then I embossed it through my pasta machine with a cuttlebug embossing folder! It was basically a test for the paint and the embossing folder so when this challenge came up I figured I'd use up the heart on this!

Seriously? That shimmery pink looks like it has frayed edges and a wrinkle in the middle. I thought it was attached to the lace.

I bet it looks even neater in person.

10 minutes this morning and only scraps

No heart punch and to lazy to get out the cricut for just a card, so I used two circles and a square.

Everyone's card are looking great but I would like to see more so come on people give it a whirl.

Well I have to make 2 Valentine's Day cards for my son's teachers so I used the sketch challenge for the 1st one

The pink paper is baby pink bazzill
the dark pink is lip gloss Bling Bazzill
the white is avalanche.
I embossed the lip gloss bling with my cuttlebug embossing file.
the hearts I used my Gyspy to make then just added glitter glue to it to give it some BLING lol
I used a punch to make the white "lace" ribbon on the bottom
and I had some with love real ribbon hanging around so I threw that on for good measure LOL

the embossed heart square is on 3d squares and the little heart is on 3d dots to 3d them from the square LOL

the inside is not really great but here it is as well
I used the lip gloss bling and shadowed it with the white.

There now I have done 2 challenges so far this month WOOHOO

Thank you. Glad I had this sketch for the card since I'm just learning to make cards. I thought I had Love Struck but I didn't so I had to search the gypsy for a nice heart. I really do need to buy or have mom buy love struck. She will never get a gypsy so any carts that she has that I don't I upload to my gypsy so I sort of cheat LOL

It's just a (very old) piece of paper with a fabric pattern on it. I ripped the edges to make it look like that
