Card for inside the plastic case of the lanyards?

I'm sure they have a name, but does anybody know where I can print out something to put inside the plastic cases that come attached to the lanyards?
I don't want anything with a colored background because it's cheaper for me to print it out on colored paper....I'd rather it be a white background with a border. Something simple, maybe with the year 2008 on it.

I think the holders fit a credit card size, so you might be good with something like that size, or buisness card size.
