Hello- my family and I have eaten at Trattoria al Forno several times and always loved it! My son and I get the carbonara and it's been amazing. However this past January (2018) when we ordered it, it came with the raw egg yolk placed on top of the pasta for us to mix in. I am not a runny egg person and it totally turned me off! Does anyone know, who has been there lately, if they mix in the egg yolk in the kitchen or if they still present the bowl of pasta with the raw egg yolk on top?
