Has anyone tried the carbolite bars? I was looking for something to have as a treat and I found a peanut caramel nougat bar that has 0 net carbs. I have been doing Atkins for the last 6 weeks and have stayed on induction so I'm not familiar with the net carbs. Is this ok to eat and do I really count it as 0 carbs?? Seems to good to be true. (I will only have one on very rare occasions). Would appreciate an answer so I can make sure I'm doing this right.
