Car to MK at Rope Drop?

I've probably seen the answer to this somewhere, so I apologize for a repeat question. If we decide to drive our car to MK in time for rope drop, will there be transportation available from the TTC to MK at 8:30 or do they start that closer to the park's opening? If there isn't any transportation available, how long is the walk?

Not sure exactly when transportation will starts from TTC(probably no later than 1/2 before park opening), but it is NOT walkable to the MK.

Yes, Crystal Palace opens before rope drop. We always get an 8:05am ressie.

You could always park at the TTC, then walk to the Poly and catch the monorail.

Generally, if you are not staying at a monorail resort, the quickest way to the MK is your resort bus, since it bypasses the TTC and drops you off at the MK entrance.

If you are staying offsite, then the TTC to the ferry, monorail, or walking to the Poly for the resort monorail are your best options.

Yes, the transportation is running by at least 7:15 from the TTC. It might even be earlier, but this is about the time we catch it for our 8:05 CP ADR's.

The first buses leave the TTC staging area between 6:20 to 6:40am.

First pickup is usually 6:30am (usually the breakfast bus) the normal park buses start no later than 6:50am.

If you do drive to the TTC, they start the ferry and express monorail for sure a half hour before park opening. All you need to do is get inside the turnstile, they don't let you further than the area just inside the turnstiles any more.

If the park opens at 9 there is a welcome mini-show at 8:50 from the train station. The characters arrive by train and a selected family and Mickey open the park. Then you can head up main street.
