We used Lansky’s last summer, and everything went seamlessly. They aren’t allowed to park curbside and wait at SNA, so they have you text when you walk outside to the pillars, and they are there in about 5 minutes. They did a grocery stop (and you can choose which store you prefer from a list; we chose Super Target) for us, and then straight to the GCH. Suburban or similar for 2 adults and 4 late teens. Clean and roomy. Very good communication.

Interesting. I wonder if they changed it or if it varies by driver. When we used them in February 2023, they guy met us at baggage claim. We had to walk to his car which was parked in the lot. That was the only thing I wasn't really a fan of. The driver also had a hard time finding his way out of the lot.

Lansky’s website says that if your flight is delayed there is a chance that they cannot provide a grocery stop because of servicing other customers.

Our flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. Southwest was wonderful and had already booked us on another flight that got into SNA over an hour later. I kept Lansky informed via text. I was totally prepared to not have a grocery stop. Our driver still provided us with the stop.

I will always use Lansky. They have been more than wonderful over the years. The first time I used them, I was a single mother traveling with a young special needs child. My over protective brother was worried and called Daniel Kang. His worries were not necessary. I have always felt safe. Their cars are clean, they are efficient, professional, and courteous. They are always on time, if not early.
