This is not a Disney question but it is a transportation question so hopefully this the the right forum.

I need to get a car service for a work trip. I'm flying into a major metropolitan city & need a car service (not just a taxi you grab at the airport) to take me to a suburb about 45 minutes away. It'll be a late night flight arrival, and safety is a concern in the destination city so is rather have a car reserved than try to hail a cab.

I'm wondering if there are any websites (like trip advisor) that provide reviews for car services. Any advice on choosing a reliable & safe car service is appreciated!

I look first at the airport's website. They always have a transportation section that gives options. I figure if an airport is comfy putting a name on their page I'm ok using it. Might not be the cheapest but it probably won't be sketchy.
