Hi. Over at the Universal Board, the recommendation is to get your hotel concierge to set it up with Mears. They'll send a van and it's less than a taxi.

We used Tiffany Towncar last year when we went to Universal for DH to see TNA wrestling. It was $60 roundtrip, but I think the price has gone up since then.

Bump anyone else, Looks like ****** would do it for about $80 but dont know alot about them.

Last time DW and I did it we used Mears, they sent a van and it was $16 per person. I'm sure the price went up but it still should be cheaper than a cab or a car service.

I lived about 15 minutes from Hollywood Studios - and my roommates went to Universal for the day. My recommendation, from their experience, is to take the city bus. Costs about 4 dollars a person, takes maybe 40 minutes, and there are hidden bus stops all over the place - ask a CM at your resort where the closest one is. The bus gets you there and back with plenty of time to enjoy your day, and you're not stuck going when your car reservation is for - if you're having fun, stay an extra hour!

I just bought an awesome ticket + transfer deal from Dreams unlimited!!

If you are only going to US for one day and don't have your tickets yet I don't see how it can be beat! Normall a 1 day/2 park ticket is $89.99, but I got ticket and a mears transport round trip from any WDW hotel for $85.99!!!!

Second from the bottom on the first list! :)

I was a little worried when booking, but I trust DU and the ticket confirmation came directly from US! I also know a few other people who have done this before and say it's worked perfect.

As we were going to buy 1 day tickets and mears transport to get there anyway I can't believe my luck! :teeth:

I have been tempted to do that myself. Many have done it with good results.
As for the Lynx bus, there are connections to be made, which can be confusing to those not familier with the Orlando area. And it is time consuming. While I always recommend using the Lynx system to get to SeaWorld...simple and direct, only takes 30 mins. but not to US/IoA.
