Car seat needed on Magic express?

Will I need a car seat for my one year old? - Are they provided? Or is he allowed to ride on my lap? (Which would freak out this over-protective Mom)

there are no seatbelts on the ME buses so you can't use a car seat the way you should even if you had it. Everyone had their kids on their laps. It was very weird for me as this was my first time dd4 was ever out of a carseat/booster before.

Buses are not designed for seatbelts...they have high, well-padded seats.

Of course....my dd is three, and this does not "sit well" with me!!

We don't use ME for this reason...it is "rental car city" for us!!
