Car Seat in a Van--Advice Needed

I'm thinking about getting a van from Tiffany or Mears to take me from the airport to the resort (we're not taking ME from the airport. . . that's another story). We have a 3 year old and a 6 month old. I know you don't need a car seat for ME, but do I need one for a shuttle van? Has anyone ever done this? I'm leaving on Saturday and any help would be greatly appreciated.
