Car seat for Magical Express & bus transporation

Hi all! We are flying into Orlando for our WDW trip in May. Our 10 month old will be a lap baby on the plane.

Do I need to check the baby's carseat for the trip from the airport to the resort or does the Magical Express have carseats? Also, what about the buses from the resort to the parks? Surely, I don't have to bring my car seat for that?!?

No car seats allowed on Magical Express buses or Disney World buses.

There are no seat belts on either type of buses.
The DME buses have individual cloth seats.
The resort/park transportation buses have hard plastic seats like this picture shows:
