Car seat and taxi

Couldn't answer this for sure but my tip would be to get a Trunki boostapak (google it) we took one last year and it is absolutely ideal for holidaying with a young child

I think i remember seeing them in the boot of the taxi when we stayed last time, we are taking ours with us as we have to rent two

We've only used a taxi once and that one didn't have a car seat for DD (15mths at the time) - she ended up sitting on my lap.

I was OK with it as we were only going from CSR to the Swan which is less than a mile. We wouldn't have normally done this in a taxi except for the fact we were going to a wedding.

Whenever we phoned for a taxi, it was always Mears, we just requested a booster seat for dd. We might have had to wait an extra 5 or 10 mins but we always got a taxi with the right seat. Most of the taxis seemed to have car seats and boosters but don't think I seen any with the carry seat style suitable for babies

We use taxi's a lot in Orlando & have never had a taxi with a booster/baby seat.
Now I know you can get booster when booking taxi I will be asking from now on.
