Does any of the wdw resorts have onsite car

There are on-site car rental locations, though they aren't in any of the Disney-run resorts. National/Alamo has a location at the WDW Car Care Center south of the MK parking area. You can arrange for a free shuttle to/from your WDW resort. There is also a Hertz desk at Shades of Green and an Alamo desk at the Dolphin.

Hertz is no longer at Shades of Green, Alamo/National has it now.

While not truly 'onsite', you can head to DTD and find many different car rental companies in the various resorts there. For instance, Budget is located at the Doubletree. Many offer a ride to and from their offices.
