Car Rentals outside of WDW

We are going to stay onsite at WDW for 7 nights and then going to elsewhere. It looks as though most places offsite are about $100-150 cheaper for our rental. Just wondering if anyone booked offsite and taken a taxi/Uber to the rental agency, what agency and what was the approximate cost. Thanks

So I did some research of different options and to rent at car at MCO and return to Tampa airport 12 days later is only $20 more than to rent at WDW for 4 days! So since there is again free parking at the resort it’s a no brainer for us.

In our case we were inbound to Disney and was cheaper to drop off at the offsite hotels vs at the Car Care Center. One time we stayed and dropped off at Swan/Dolphin, but that is no longer an option. I can't recall the other it was off the Bonnett Creek maybe Waldorf, we just drooped it and Ubered back to POFQ, easy peasy
