Car Rentals - Budget.ca is cheaper than Budget.com

I was just doing my daily check for car rental rates for my Feb 27-March 9 trip and found out, for my dates it's cheaper if your a Canadian then if your a US resident. It's not a small amount, the US site quoted me $363 while the Canadian site was $231. The price is in $US but I can still us a coupon for another $20 off!
I had an Alamo ressie for the same dates but could only get it down to $259 for my dates.
My original rate was $331, now $211(with coupon), it's like I just got $120 for free. It looks like we may have to go to the P&PP twice!!!
