Car rentals at Disney Beach club or near there

Wondering if there is a car rental place at the Beachclub or near there? We want to rent for a day to go to Universal. Any suggestions appreciated or other ideas how to get back and forth to Universal? Thanks!!!

There is a rental office at either the Swan or Dolphin

Thanks much. Do you happen to know what the daily rates are for small 4 door? We were assuming it would be cheaper to rent a car than cab fare to and from Universal? Also, we could make a grocery store stop.

Prices depends on size of car, date of rental, and any discounts that might apply. I did a quick look on Alamo for a random day in May (5/15) and the cost ranged from $56 to $70 (sub-compact to full sized). That doesn't include gas or parking fees, if doing a pricing comparison.

Note this it is unlikely you will find a discount on a one-day rental. The vast majority of discounts apply to weekend or weekly rentals.
