I am looking to rent a minivan for a trip to Disney in October. What are some of the best codes and deals you have found? I usually have some luck finding good deals but not so much this time.

I tried every coupon I could find and they were still priced at $450 and up for my October trip. I went to CarRentals.com and reserved a mini-van for a week....no coupons or discounts or anything....for $280 through Enterprise. I even called Enterprise directly to make sure the quote was legit and it was!!!

Thats cheaper than the mid-size SUV or intrmediate cars I have priced elsewhere. Im just thrilled!

You might want to take a look at the transportation board here. They have lots on info there.
Also check mousesavers.com. She always has tons of codes there. DH found a $35 coupon code for National and was able to book us a mid-size for 7 days for $148.00 (that includes all the taxes & fees).

Im in Nashville too and when I use those codes I get a rate of $457. I can oly use one code at a time. Did you use both codes somehow?

No, I just used the OOAG code. I just went to Dollar and tried it again and got the same price again, $268.68. But, then I read your post again and then tried using the BNA airport code and the price was $457. If you are trying to use these codes for a rental in Nashville it won't work, they are only good for rental in Florida.

We aren't sure if we are flying or driving yet (my parents are flying from Detroit). The best deal from Nashville I found for a minivan rental was through Hertz. Renting locally from Murfreesboro, with a $35 off a weekly rental coupon and a discount code, the rental is $402 . Not unlimited mileage either, so I'm still looking and hoping as our trip gets closer the prices will go down in case we don't fly and have to drive.

Best deal I saw for Nashville for my dates on carrentals.com was $839 for a minivan rental Same site, for Orlando, $456

You got a good rate through Enterprise! I'll just keep trying, I'm hoping the car rental companies will start releasing specials through Sept/Oct soon. They are still showing specials through June 30 only.
