We need to rent a car in New Orleans next month, anyone have any websites or certain rent a car places that we could save at? We do not need a SUV or anything, just 2 adults and 1 child, thanks for any help!

Have you tried Hotwire.. or priceline (and name your own price). I've had pretty good luck with those.

I got an excellent price with Budget by using one of the codes on Mousesavers. The quote I recieved is about $150-200 less than any other quote I received elsewhere. I have a compact car for 7 days @ $187. There are all different kinds of codes so it takes some patience to plug them in and some of them may be specific to Orlando area. I have also used Priceline to bid and have received great rates.

For the week, for an economy car the cheapest I am getting is 256 from hotwire, its for an entire week, I haven't rented a car for so long, is that a good deal? Thanks for all your help!
