Car Rental MCO-Cape Canaveral with no crazy 1-way drop off fee

Renting MCO to Cape Canaveral pre cruise then post cruise the other way.
What rental car companies DO NOT charge you the crazy $30-$50 1 way drop off fee?
With the 2 crazy drop off fee's it may work out the same price to keep the car and park it at the port for our 4 night cruise.

I am doing the same rental on Dec 22 and the cheapest I could find was with Avis with a leisure code I found on flyertalk using A074800 and Coupon MUWA236 for $5.00 off. Total $41 for a fullsize including taxes. Will get a free upgrade to Premium since I enrolled in Avis Preferred Services for free some time ago.

Alamo, national, enterprise no drop off fee's

We used National in June with 2x one-way rentals.
One day MCO -> FLL ($45)
Three days FLL -> MCO ($40)

We did use some code that was posted on here.
