Car Rental help

Hey Guys! I had originally planned to take Super Shuttle from SNA to DL and the city bus from hotel to Knott's. Total cost for shuttle and bus was $47. I decided to look into a rental car as my hotel (Best Western Anaheim Inn) has free parking. I was concerned because I am 23, didn't know who would rent to me. I just looked at Enterprise and the total for a basic car, three days ($18.10/day) is $68.04. Does that sound like a good deal? Besides parking at Knott's ($$) can you think of any downsides to car rental instead of shuttles and bus? If you can't tell I have never rented a car Thanks!

Also, has anyone under 25 rented from Enterprise @ SNA? The reservation says nothing about an "underage fee", just that you can only rent lower end cars. Just want to make sure there are no surprises later.

Enterprise charges $20/day for renters below 25. Here's their link,

Its pretty standard on most car rentals.

Having a car is convenient, in the sense there is no waiting, dealing with other people or lining up etc.. but when u rent one, you have to deal with parking, parking fees and dont forget you pay your own gas. Its all up to you =). We rented one last time because we 'needed' it (coming from SF) and it was convenient because we were traveling with kids. GL!
