Car rental from rent4less

Please, is there anyone who has used this service. The rates seem much cheaper then any I can find through the major companies. It appears it is a southern calif/lasvegas company. My mom has to go down for some medical treatments and must stay for 3 weeks so cost is an issue. Please if anyone has had any negative or positive experiences please help.

We rented from them last trip when we flew into the Ontario airport. THe only problem I had with them was that it was a long shuttle ride from the airport, not where other car rental places are. It is a lot cheaper...they will try to talk you into their insurance and other things. I had to ask specific questions when he said "you're all set!" I had to ask...are we still getting the rate we were quoted online? and he didn't immediately print up a reciept either. I had to ask. But all in all, the car was nice, it was cheap, it worked! I don't know if the guy working that day was simply new or uninformed but, I had to ask. My DH wouldn't have done that. I am a stickler for contracts though...It was good, especially for the price. Give it a try.
