Car rental from Disney?

Hi, We are going to WDW in September for a week- staying at pop century. We are thinking of maybe doing universal studios for a day, maybe two. Since we are flying in and using ME, is there anywhere on disney property that you can rent a car from?

I can tell you that Alamo and National have rental counters at the Dolphin Hotel....I think you can also rent at the Disney Car Care Center...
