Car Rental Discounts with Visa Credit Cards

Just a FYI... Did you know if you have a Visa Credit Card they have a page on their website that gives discounts for certain places with Car Rentals being one of them!

I have 2 reservations right now for our trip in Feb. One with Alamo the other with Hertz. (they were the only 2 places I could get a minivan rental for 2 weeks for less than $1000!) Since I can't use the coupon codes due to them expiring before our trip I thought I might as well try using the contract ID number and it worked!

My Hertz Reservation went from $912.45 to $823.32!
and my Alamo Reservation went from $853.04 to 811.22!

If you want to keep checking your rates I suggest you visit this site:

The Visa discounts are already entered so you just put in your dates/times/destination and can compare and book rates across rental companies without going to each individual rental company page.
