Car Rental discount promo to share???

I used offer code S190554 with Budget and got one day for $48.52 including taxes and fees.

Yes, Budget is the one to use. I also used the same code on a rental that I had set up and it took my rate form 80.00 to 43.00 so it is a good code!

Mousesavers.com has reservation codes for most rental car companies. Sometimes you get a great deal, others not so great.

I tried the Budget BCD S190554 and did get very good prices but I would like to know for sure that I am qualified to use this code. When I googled the code I found a few sites that say it is for 25 percent off business travel. Does anyone else have any other information or experience using this code? What is the definition of Business travel? Can anyone use this code?

I hope anyone can use it. I just booked using the code and the rate was great. The code is on my reservation but it doesn't say anything about "needing to qualify" or any proof that I must show. How would someone prove that they are using a car for business.

I got this code from cruise critc boards. Budget code # V183800. I got a full size car for $50 to port and $40 back. Hope it helps!

try mousesavers.com and rentalcodes.com. We got $46 on way to port and $40 on the way home. I had a code that required me to belong to one of the hotel preferred customer card groups (free) and made sure that I had the card with me...but no one ever asked to see it. Yes, Budget is near the port by the Radisson.

Hertz, Avis, and THrifty are also near the port with free shuttles to/from. You never know who will be cheaper--just gotta try them all.

If you book with Budget and then find a cheaper code, they will modify your ressie to give you the better rate. And it's something like DCL.....I called one guy (sounded like I was talking to a third world country) and he said that I couldn't use the code I'd found. Called back, got a guy in Chicago (I asked!) and he put the code in with no problems.

Yes, you can use it. I booked a business code that my boss gave me for his travel (not business related) and then used it again when my DH & I went to Atlantic City to visit my mom---definately NOT business. They didn't even question it.

Did you just book a car with this, or actually get the rental already? I believe the code is for Delta employees.

I have not booked, but did go to Mousesavers today to find codes. They have a Budget one for "wal-mart" customers (basically anyone in the world) that worked when I checked prices.

We used the V183800 on a recent trip to Atlanta and had no problems. I would recommend also signing up for the FastBreak program. I think it is actually for insurance companies.

That's strange. This code couldn't beat our BJ's code for the MCO-PC leg but for PC-MCO it took our BJs price from $84.42 to $45.74. :woohoo:
This is for the end of March, a 3 nt quickie.

I saved my original just in case I come to find out I'm not eligible for this code. I'd hate to look like a jack butt at the counter.

How does Fast Break work? I think I joined this many years ago but not sure. I like that Budget has no addl driver fee for spouses.

With Fast Break at MCO, you go straight outside to the cars. There is a booth out there that will give you your keys. I am not sure about at PC because my husband usually drops the kids and I off, and takes care of the car.

Fast break means that they have all your personal info in their computer. No need to stop at the main Budget counter at MCO, you proceed directly to the small kiosk where you get the car keys. It really doesn't save more than a minute or two at PC as there is no line...but they don't have to type you in. At MCO it can literally save hours.

Current codes are maintained at mousesavers.com and rentalcodes.com for all car companies.
