We are arriving late at night, and do not want to go thru the hassle of renting a car then, but would like to rent one possibly for part of our stay. Is there anyway to do this without having to go back to the airport? We are staying 7 days at POR and 3 days at Portofino Bay.

You can rent from National on site. They will send a shuttle to pick you up.
