Car rental companies in or around WDW??

Hey all,
Where are the car rental companies in or around WDW? I'm looking for the companies which would be accessible by Disney transportation or a SHORT walk from the transportation (i.e. a nearby Disney bus stop)

Also, does anyone have the 'location codes' (i.e. MCO) for the above?

Lots here use Budget at the DoubleTree hotel (short walk from DTD OR with 24 hour notice, they pick you up). Code for DoubleTree is M03 and if you book it thru rentalcarmomma, there'll be a discount there. Can't help w/ much else, as that is usually the cheapest we find and use them. Good luck!

Dollar is very close the the DTD Marketplace bus stop

MCOS01 is the code.

What I did was went to expedia and used WDW as the locater.It brought up all the DTD and the CCC ones and I just copied the location codes off that to go on each web-sight.

I also have an Enterprise booked as they do Pick-up and drop-off at most of the resorts.They are on the other side of I4 on Epcot way.

I have a reservation with a Hertz office in 192 just outside of WDW. They will do a pick up /drop off. I think most will. There is a National office in the Swan and they also have a facility at the car care center.

To find all the offices around disney, go to Orbitz and enter your resort's street address (you can get it from allearsnet.com) and they will list all the offices in the immediate area.

We used Budget and got 20% off with a code from http://www.rentalcodes.com It was the cheapest we found, and although we reserved an economy car, we were upgraded to an SUV because that was all they had on hand....so we were very pleased. It was at the Doubletree Hotel, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the first DTD stop.

National and Alamo are on-property at WDW. They have 2 locations: the Car Care Center near MK and in the lobby of the Dolphin. The CCC has shuttles that will pickup/dropoff at your resort or the Dolphin is within walking/boat distance of Epcot and MGM, plus busses from the other parks.

I've always been able to get decent prices from National with a combo of codes (BJs) and coupons.
