Car rental codes

Hi, I will be travelling to Phoenix in 2 weeks and I need some help finding a rental car. All I need is the cheapest one I can find- economy would work just fine. The prices are OK that I have found so far but the taxes kill you!!

I will be in Phoenix for 8 days. Any help with codes would be great!
