I just wanted say thanks to the OP for this post. This AWD codes is the best so far for my August 2009 trip.

Thank you, Kreed, for passing along Avis coupon code MUWA003. Originally I had rented a Chevy Impala ($308 total for 7 days and 3 hrs.) for us (2 adults, 2-17 year old girls who do not know how to "pack lightly"), but after going back onto the Avis sight and using the same AWD K199060 along with the coupon code, am able to get a Chevy Trailblazer for $375 out-the-door price for the week. That is still quite reasonable for a SUV compared to some of the $550 and up prices I have seen on other car rental sites for even a mid-size SUV or SUV crossover.

This is exactly the reason I just love these boards and fall back on them time and time again even with our numerous trips to WDW, there is a wealth of information here and everyone is so kindhearted about sharing! You all are the very best!! Thank you.

I have not come up with any dollar coupons as of yet that actually change the rate, and they don't say anything about applying it at the counter, so I don't know if you can use both the corp. code and a coupon with Dollar.

Thank you for posting the SW code information. I have been trying to rent a minivan for late August/Sept. using the OOAG code without good results - the SW code gave me a rate of $338.25 total. Not as good as my Alamo rate with a questionable rate code - but a good back up plan.

Does Dollar ever have any coupons?

Thank you Cathy for posting the Avis code. I got an unbelievable rate of $253 for Christmas week for a full size! Anybody know how Avis is? We've never rented from them before.

I've gotten Avis a few times here in Milwaukee when using Priceline. I liked them. Service was always good and we always got the car we reserved. No muss, no fuss. I'd definitely book through them anytime.

WOW! Thanks so much for the code! I got a one day rental (full size) from MCO to port plus a 6 day rental (std. size) for after the cruise to take us to WDW and turn in at MCO before we fly out for $250 total Dec. 19th- 20th and Dec. 23rd-29th.

This is an amazing rate for this time of year! It was $52 for the one day and $197 for the 6 day!

BTW, what was that K199060 rate for? Do I need some kind of card to show when I pick up the car?
