Car Rental Center

Can someone tell me where the Disney Car Rental Center is located...near which resorts? We'll be using Magical Express for the first part of our stay but will need to rent a car half way through. I know there's a rental desk at the Swan/Dolphin but where is the Alamo/National facility? Has anyone had any problems getting there from a resort? They make it seem like all you have to do is call and they will pick you up in a shuttle to get the vehicle.

The Car Care Center is near the Magic Kingdom parking lot. The Alamo/National shuttle appeared to just make regular trips to the various resorts (I don't know for sure as I didn't use it).

The Car Care Center is just outside the Magic Kingdom parking lot.

I believe that you can just call the front desk and they will call the CCC to have the shuttle bus pick you up and take you over there.

As the other posters have indicated, the Car Care Centre is on the outskirts of the MK area near the parking lot. (It is pretty much beside the Hess gas bar that is on the road leaving the MK and opposite the booths for the MK parking lot entrance.)

We just rented one from there this past week. The facility opens at 6:00 am in the morning and I tried to get a shuttle to pick me up for a 6:30 am from the Contemporary, so that I could be back at the resort early enough to get my family ready and out the door for 8:00 am MK EMH. However, I was told that the shuttle does not start running until 7:00 am and then every hour on the hour after that. I decided to take a cab from the Contemporary instead.
