Car Rental - Bypass the Counter on First Time

I know when I signed up with the Hertz loyalty club you had to go to the counter the first time, then from then on you can bypass the counter.

For Alamo, National, and Avis...can you sign-up for their loyalty club and bypass immediately - on a first rental that is?

Also, does anyone know where the Walt Disney World Car Care Center is? Is it near the MK?

I can't say for others but Alamo allows you to go right out to the garage and pick your own vehicle from aisle of the category you booked: compact, full size, minivan, etc. To do this you must do online check in and not have a coupon, including e-coupons. I like a good coupon so to me it's worth it to go to the Alamo desk area, not wait in line, but use the touchscreen kiosk. You basically enter your conf #, swipe your cc, and it prints your receipt. Take the receipt to the garage, pick your car and at the exit booth show the clerk your printout from the kiosk, the hang tag from the rearview mirror, DL & cc. Easy peasy. We like being able to choose our own car. We don't want one that smells like smoke or a dark color when it's really hot there. A sunroof is a plus.

National is the same way and at MCO, they're really the same company. If you're an Emerald Club member you can bypass the counter and pick your car unless you have a coupon that specifically requires you to the counter. I think it's just upgrade coupons that do that.
