car rental at PBI (West Palm Beach)

Is there any on-site airport car rentals where you can actually drive away with car from airport? It seems some of the companies state they are offsite with shuttle.

Did anyone pick up from PBI before and can recommend which is most convenient to pick up?

I don't believe any of the PBI rental agencies are located AT the airport like MCO. They all offer shuttle service.

I've flown into PBI a few times, and there are no onsite rental agencies. All are on the street across from the airport, an approx 5 min shuttle ride away. I've used National before and was out of there pretty quickly.
