Car or Resort Transportation in July

I am at POP right now and we tried the buses the first three days and it look forever compared to a car which took at max half the amount of time to get there. The other day we went to MK on a bus and it took over an hour once we got in line to the time we got dropped off at the stop.

The only Disney transportation I now take is the Express Transportation within the parks and an ocassional water taxi from Riverside to Disney Springs ... which is just the most relaxing thing.
