Car Hire near Disney?

Can someone please tell me of any car hire places near Disney?

Forgive me, as I know you are from Australia... is that the same as a rental car?

There is an Alamo right in Downtown Disney. We were originally going to pick up a car for the day there and drop it off at LAX in the evening... and it's very convenient for those in the Disney property hotels.

But we were staying at the corner of Harbor and Katella and realized there was an Alamo just across from our hotel on Katella so I switched there. As I was walking there, I noticed quite a few other car rental places as well.
