Car Hire at Disney

Me and the family are Checking in at OKW on the 6th November 2014. We have transfers to and from the Airport but we are booking car hire for a certain amount of days in between (8th - 16th). My question is as follows:
I want to pick the car up from the Disney Car Care Centre at around 9am on the 8th, will Disney help me get to where I need to be (arranging a lift) or will I need to find my own way (Disney buses etc).
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Once you are there you can arrange collection by the Alamo shuttle which is free.

You can call yourself (which I usually do) or you can ask the conceige to arrange it for you.
