Car Hire Alamo

We are considering going to Disney earlier than I had expected to go, beginning of September, just for 9 nights but flying into Miami.

I usually get my car hire through Alamo when driving from there because I remember reading that they are one of the best for using the automatic tolls especially when driving from Miami where they only have auto tolls.

Of course I've never left it so late to book car hire before and I'm wondering how to get the best deal?

I see lots of different posts talking about lots of other different options and then Quidco too... it's like you need a degree just to work out how to get the best price.

Any tips to offer? Will Alamo still be the best?

Yes, I'd say so. Check out my posts here and here. I haven't checked the prices since I posted in February, but the principle's still the same.

Thanks Deb - We did Miami last year and used Alamo and it was just so easy and I remember they were cheaper with the auto tolls etc. Of course now I have to think about cars that give great fuel efficiency and a petrol head I am not.... that Intermediate SUV is tempting to me but maybe I should save that for November... oooohhh decisions decisions!
