Car discount codes that includes addl driver?

I see where the Walmart code I found on Mousesavers includes an addl driver if you rent from Alamo, but I didn't think that applied for other companies. Am I wrong or do you know any codes with the other companies that includes an free addl driver (not spouse)?

Hi-If you join National's Emerald Club, they include an additional driver.

You can find other codes at Mousesavers. I know that Sam's Club and BJ's does the same thing. Also, a spouse is considered an additional driver. This can really be important if you get into an accident with the rental!
