What's the easiest way to get from the car care center to one of the hotels? Do you just have to call for a taxi or do they offer you a ride back to your hotel?
Anyone done this and have experience?

National has a complimentary shuttle that will give you a ride back to your hotel. I got a ride back to the BWV when I dropped off our minivan rental last December.
