Car Care Center Shuttle

We are planning to rent a car at the end of our resort stay from the car care center I know they have a shuttle to pick you up if you call and make arrangements. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and will have several bags. Does the whole family usually go on the shuttle to pick up the car, or just 1 person to rent the car and then pick up the rest of the family? Seems easiest if I just send my husband, then have him come back for me and the kids (and the luggage). We are renting from Alamo, and are members so they already have all of our DL information.

It's up to you. I would just send my husband and have him come back for us and the luggage. Much easier

The simpler the better. Just send one person, IMO.

If unfamiliar, Alamo also has locations at the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Hilton Lake Buena Vista. The WDW Dolphin location probably doesn't help, but the Hilton Lake Buena Vista is across the street from the Marketplace section of Disney Springs. You could take a Disney bus to Disney Springs and walk over to the Hilton to pick up a car.

That scenario avoids having to call for a shuttle. But, it's probably only worth doing if you want to stop by Disney Springs on your departure day. For example, everyone could take the bus to Disney Springs. Have one person get the car, retrieve the luggage, and return to Disney Springs.
