car care center and poly?

We are visiting w/ my sister in Ft. Myers for 3 nights before our 7 night Poly stay. We fly into Orlando and get our van, then to my sister's house. We will drive back to Orlando and drop the van off at the car care center. Should my husband park it at the Poly (we are staying concierge) and we all go straight to the Hawaii longouse and check in..... or should he drop us off and take it to the car care center for drop off... and then how does he get back? Is this something the concierge staff could do? TIA

We were down this past summer. We flew into Orlando then drove to Sanibel for a week then stayed at Poly Conc. My husband dropped us off at the main longhouse and got us set up with the concierge staff (helped load our luggage onto the golf cart). He then dropped the car off at the Car Care Center and got the shuttle back to the Poly (this took about 30 minutes in all). The concierge driver was able to tell him our room number before he left to return the car so he just walked to the Hawaii longhouse to meet up with us. Very easy (except when my daughter realized she left her bathing suits in Sanibel and we had to go shopping for some later that day, but that's a whole other story!)

we used the car care center in dec cara and they brought dh back to the hotel, they were very very quick
dh wasnt gone 25 minutes

Oh, so he doesn't have to take the monorail or a taxi? Should we all check in together and he go back to return the van?
