This is a joke. It's about Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. When it mentions 'I'm not Happy' the person who rear-ended the Dwarfs' car says 'Well, which one are you then?' thus refering to a Dwarf, from the Disney Movie. It's not meant to be offensive in any way towards short or stout people.
