Capture your moment not in my plans

I booked a capture your moment for 4/17 today. I have a confirmation number and was emailed it but now it's not showing up in my plans. I did not cancel it. Is anyone else having these issues? The call wait time is over 60 minutes. Of course the time is no longer available and we really wanted to do it. All of my other reservations are in my plans.

Any advice?
 
And I looked at my credit card statement and I have 3 $79 charges on my card! One didn't go through when I hit the check out page, they said there were an error. Then that time was gone so I booked for another day, but then cancelled when the time I wanted was back - so I have a $79 credit and then I booked the 4/17 day and time I wanted. So I have 3 pending $79 charges from Disney, 1 $79 credit. Two emails with confirmation numbers for what I booked and then one for the one I canceled. I didn't get 3 emails to account for the $79 charges.

There website was also a mess this morning! So frustrating.
 
Same problem for me. Asked via chat and they said the reservation is there but it's a system issue with it not showing up in "My Plans".
