Captains Mai Tai recipe?

Dose anyone know the recipe for the Capts Mai Tai that is served at Saratoga Springs?

I wish I did! I enjoyed a few (maybe more than a few) of those in June.

I had one at BWV last week, and I didn't think it was as good, even though DH says it's the same recipe. Either the bartender at the Grandstand was a better bartender, or maybe the weather played a part.

1.5 oz Captain Morgan Rum
0.5 Amaretto
Splash Roses Lime Juice
Splash Grenadine
4-6 oz Pinapple Juice (Depending on how strong you like your drink)

Build over ice and shake, garnish with Pinapple wedge.

Only 1.5 oz. of the Captain? I would have to cut way back on that juice (or use a larger glass)!

Thanks for the help. We tried it but ended up using:

2oz of Capt.
1 oz of ameretto
3 oz of pineapple juice.
