We have an ADR here before going to Epcot. Thought it looked interesting with buffet and menu but have heard its not that great of a restaurant. How long of a walk/boat ride to epcot is this place?

Is your reservation for breakfast? I thought breakfast was great. Better than most buffets. I am not familiar with dinner so I don't know about that meal.

It will take you about ten minutes to walk to the International Gateway entrance to EPCOT. I would not take the boat from there unless you want the experience of the boat ride. You will end up waiting longer than it will take you to walk.

The breakfast buffet is pretty standard fare. Nothing is cooked to order and there is not a carving station. The food tasted fine though.

We like it I usually order off the menu (omelette). The rest of the family get the buffet. Nothing too elaborate but plenty of food. It is quieter than other buffets and that is something I like in the morning Our waitress was cracking some really lame jokes the last time we were there (March)And I got a cupcake for my birthday.
The walk to Epcots back door is about 5 minutes. It is right there. The boat is fun but not necessary especially in the morning when you have plenty of energy!!!!!!
