Anyone know what time the breakfast hours are at Captain's Grille? I made an 11:45 a.m. adr, but I'm afraid it'll be a lunch menu, should I make it earlier?

I'm not sure what time they switch from breakfast to lunch, but with your adr being at 11:45 I would have to believe it would be lunch. I would call to make certain and switch your seating if needed.

By the way, if you have never been to the Captains Grille I think you will be pleasantly surprised. When we stayed at the YC in Jan. 09 we ate there for dinner once and had breakfast a couple of times; we enjoyed the restaurant. It is not heavily themed and is a quite place, but the food and service were very good.
