I am looking for any info on the Captain's Grill Restaurant at the Yacht Club. I am looking for a few different restaurants for us to try on our upcoming trip and came along the Captain's Grill. Can anyone tell me about their experience there? Also can you walk there from Epcot? I think the Yacht Club Resort is right next to the Beach Club and the Beach Club is right at the back entrance to Epcot I believe.

We've had breakfast there many times - it's a great little spot. What I like about it is that we can get a nice breakfast (they have a buffet and an a la carte menu) in a relatively short amount of time without the noise and bustle of a character meal. We've never had lunch or dinner there, but breakfast has always been great, and the guy who is the manager is awesome.

Yes, it's an easy walk from Epcot - 10 minutes from the International Gateway. Walk toward YC, enter through the main doors (they face the boat dock - lots of flowers/landscaping - you can't miss it). Go into the lobby and immediately to the right and you'll see the entrance of the restaurant.

We love Captain's Grille. It is honestly the best kept secret at Disney.

My kids love the crab legs. DH loves the ribeye. The portions are generous. The food is amazing. The service is great. It is NEVER crowded for dinner (or not that we have seen) and you can always get an ADR there last minute.

We usually have dinner there 1 night then stroll along the Boardwalk to walk off dinner.

Check out the menu on wdwinfo or allears. They have quite a good selection.

WOW! I checked out the menus, and they have some pretty cool stuff. As a vegetarian, there was not much on there that I would be interested in, but they seem to have a decent selection at reasonable prices.

The brioche french toast sounds amazing.

I have stayed at the Beach Club twice and I had no idea about this place! Haha!

Yes, you can walk from Epcot or take the boat from the back gate. We really enjoyed our meal there, but we're all crab/seafood lovers so the menu may as well have been written for us. The crab cakes and crab legs are both very good, and the service was wonderful.

we ate there last September...I ordered the wrong foods, but hubby was pleased with his choices. We'd go back one of these days. And very easy to get there from Epcot, using the International Gateway. :thumbsup2

We ate there in May and all 3 of us were pleased with our meals. I had grilled pork chops and they were perfectly cooked. They were very thick and were great! I also had crab cakes for an appetizer and they were very good. They were different from others I've had and I enjoyed them. My sister had a steak and DD had a pasta dish. We would not hesitate to return to this restaurant.
