Captain Marvel Joins Epic Line-Up of Super Heroes Aboard Disney Cruise Line

Today, we announced that DCL guests will be the first to meet Captain Marvel when she makes her debut during exclusive Marvel Day at Sea sailings in 2019!

For the first time ever, guests will encounter one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel universe as part of an action-packed, day-long celebration aboard select Disney Magic sailings departing Jan. 6 through March 8 from Miami.


Captain Marvel joins the event’s awesome line-up of Super Heroes and villains, including Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Thor, Loki, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange and more. With this VIP list of heroes, even Tony Stark would be envious!

In addition to these heroic encounters, Marvel Day at Sea features an extraordinary deck show spectacular, themed youth activities, special merchandise, and unique food and beverage offerings.

We are going on the MDAS on 3/8 and we are so excited about the cruise, the MDAS and the PremEar of Captain Marvel. I had hoped they would introduce her as a character on the cruises, but didn't want to get my hopes up.

The only down side is I have been planning on doing some sort of Captain Marvel costume to dress up in, but I think my idea - a homemade costume involving duct tape - will look so bad next to the real thing!!

I just went to the Disney Store and bought a few Marvel t-shirts to wear onboard. I would definitely go on a MDAS cruise again. some pics:
