Captain EO Question

I know we don't know much about the Captain EO release yet but do we happen to know what they mean by "limited time"? I just don't see them taking all this time and money to put it back in there just to get rid of it before the year is up. I just reeeeeeally want to see it in October.

AFAIK, there hasn't been an official closing date announced. I can't imagine that if there are still people filling up the theater/waiting in line to see the movie, that Disney would just say, "OK! Closing EO to let the theater sit empty whilst we decide what to show there next! Sorry everyone who was planning a trip & possibly spending alot of $ on food, merchandise, and lodging!" At least, I hope they wouldn't. Judging just from the amount of people whom I've read are planning trips to the Park even when they live out of state (like you! like me! ) with the main purpose of seeing EO again (or for the first time), it'd be a dumb move to shut it down so soon...

The only date I heard was that it would most likely run at LEAST through summer 2010. I agree that it's fairly likely that it will keep running for quite a while. But I would be very, very surprised if it closed before the end of summer. Why go to all the trouble if it's only going to be open for a few months?

(If it stays busy it also will keep however many people fit into the theater off the walkways during the peak hours, every day, so that's a plus for Disney, and guest experience, too.)
