Captain Cooks Hours

The Disney Dining site says they’re open 24 hours. Is this accurate? We’ll be there for the half marathon, and I’m planning to spectate at the Poly, so I’m trying to figure out my breakfast options.

I believe that even if open 24 hours, the kitchen has certain hours for hot food - they are only open for grab and go options earlier than I think 6:30am or 7am for breakfast and past 11pm for dinner.

In November we arrived at 3am and they were open! Grill closed but salads, sushi, wine, etc. all available in the cooler.

Ok, thanks! AllEars says 6:30-11:00 for breakfast, so that must be the hot food. Good to know if I get there at 5:30am, I can probably at least grab some hot tea.

Yes, Captain Cook's is open 24 hours - but the kitchen is not. Kitchen typically closes around midnight, but can be open an hour or two later during certain times of the year. It opens at 6:30a. Grab and go pastries, sandwiches, snacks and drinks are all available when the kitchen is closed. Not an overwhelming selection, but reasonable for the wee hours of the morning.
